This classic New England-style beach cabin features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, offering the perfect blend of beach charm and comfort. Located just across the street from Salmon Creek, you can watch Blue Herons from your living room window and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. With a short 3-minute walk to Salmon Creek Beach, the Pacific Ocean is practically in your backyard. Enjoy stunning sunsets without the need to drive anywhere—just step outside your front door!

About the House

Entry Level:
- Kitchen:** Quaint but equipped with everything you need for great meals.
- Dining Area:** Large table and bench seat, wood-burning fireplace, and sliding doors to the back deck (bring your own wood).
- Living Room:** Bright and airy with comfortable leather furniture, new Smart TV, and views of the sand dunes, Salmon Creek, and the Pacific Ocean.
- Bathroom:** Full bath with shower.

Upper Stairs:
- Bedroom 1: Overlooks Salmon Creek with a comfy Queen bed.
- Bedroom 2: Light and bright with a comfy Queen bed.
- Loft: Daybed overlooking the downstairs area.
- Bathroom: Bathtub.

Things to Know:
- Maximum occupancy: 6 people (day or night) due to septic tank capacity.
- No parties or large gatherings.

- Wildlife-heavy yard and neighborhood (deer, foxes, birds, rabbits, etc.).
- Sonoma County Noise Ordinance enforced (9 PM - 9 AM quiet hours).
- No smoking in the house.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**
The main heat source in the house is a freestanding wood-burning stove in the dining area. Guests should be proficient at starting fires. Portable heaters are available throughout the house, but a good fire should heat most of the house.
