The charm of the old fisherman’s cabin has been retained with beadboard interior walls, exposed-beam ceilings, and period doors. But the cabin has been re-interpreted by the architect as a modern adaptation of a simple dwelling on a stunning site. Surrounded on three sides with decks accessible by almost every room, the design provides a variety of experiences that let the outside in.
